from Fear No Faerie Voices, released October 10, 2016
Two princes, two bold suitors
She hides in the dark, she goes to a place forbidden
There she meets a stranger.

"Whom shall I choose? The richest or the boldest?"
"Whom shall I choose," she asks, "if not you to grow old with."

The night settles, the strangers sighs, she sees the lanterns all reflected in his eyes.

He asks, "Could you love a stranger?"

Two kings, rich beyond dreams, with empty thrones because she's gone to a land forbidden. Gone to seek a stranger.

She couldn't choose the richest, nor the boldest.
"Whom shall I choose, if not you, to grow old with?"

The night rustles, the forest sighs, she calls the creatures who have sworn to be her spies.
She asks "Have you seen my stranger?"

He was not the richest, nor the boldest.
I gave up my kingdoms, for you.

For love enduring, takes strength of mind
Cruel sacrifice is often what you find.

But the night settles, and someone sighs,
She sees the universe reflected in his eyes
To her he calls

"What if we weren't strangers, anymore?"
